Pendleton is a real incorporated town southwest of Anderson toward Clemson, home to one of the largest historic districts in South Carolina and the Pendleton Village Green, a working town square still used for markets and events. • Gate codes and access. A handful of newer Pendleton subdivisions have a gated or code-controlled entrance. If yours does, have a code or a call-ahead arranged so our driver isn't stuck waiting at the entrance on delivery day.
