Why people call us back
Dumpster rental that fits the job, not the other way round
Most people call us in the middle of something stressful — a garage that finally has to be dealt with, a remodel that starts Monday, a parent's house that needs clearing. The last thing you need is a pricing puzzle or a container that turns up two days late.
So we keep it simple. You tell us roughly what you're getting rid of and where it needs to sit. We size it right, quote a flat rate that covers everything, and tell you exactly when our own truck will be there. Then we show up.
Our yard sits on 401-403 Frampton St in Anderson — Upstate South Carolina foothill country between Greenville and the Blue Ridge, with downtown Anderson, Anderson University and AnMed Health all a short drive from our gate and Lake Hartwell not far beyond that. From here we run across all of Anderson County, out to Pendleton, Belton and Williamston. Our drivers know which back roads flood first after a heavy thunderstorm, which rural driveways need extra boards under a soft gravel or clay surface, and how quickly a load of storm-soaked brush gets heavier than it looks.
- Right-sized advice. We'd rather put you in a 15 than have you pay for air in a 30.
- Honest weight allowances. Stated in tons on the quote, not buried in terms.
- Flexible rental periods. Standard is seven days; keep it longer if the job runs on.
- Proper disposal. Sorted and diverted where possible, SCDES rules respected on every load.

Need a dumpster in Anderson today?
Tell us what you're clearing out and we'll get you the right size, a flat rate, and one of our own trucks on your driveway fast. No forms, no waiting on a quote email — just call.
The process
How it works
Four steps, one phone call, no online forms to fight with.
- 1
Call and describe the job
Tell us what you're clearing and where it will sit. We ask a few questions about weight and access, then quote the right container and a flat rate on the spot at (864) 581-2571.
- 2
We deliver fast
Call before noon and we can usually deliver the same day; otherwise it's on the ground the next morning. Our own driver lays boards under the rails and sets it exactly where you want it — you don't even need to be home, just keep the spot clear.
- 3
Fill it at your own pace
Standard rental is seven days, and it's easy to extend. Load heavy material flat on the floor, keep everything level with the top rail, and keep banned items out.
- 4
One call and it's gone
Ring us when you're done and we'll send a driver out. We collect, weigh, sort what can be diverted and dispose of the rest properly ourselves. No chasing, no paperwork.
Reviews
What our neighbors say
A sample of the feedback we've had from customers around Anderson and Anderson County.
I manage a couple of rental units a few blocks off downtown and turnover week is always chaos. AQR had a 15 yard on the driveway before I'd even finished my first cup of coffee, and the driver knew exactly where to set it so it didn't block the neighbor's mailbox. Same crew every time I've called them back.
Kayla M.Downtown Anderson — Rental Property Turnover
I run framing crews on a couple of new builds out toward Powdersville and AQR is the outfit that actually hits the swap window. Call for a pickup by early afternoon and there's an empty container back on site the next morning without fail. That reliability keeps my guys working instead of standing around a full box.
Marcus T.Powdersville — Contractor
Clearing out my mother's house near Pendleton was one of the harder weeks we've had. AQR let us hang onto the container a few extra days without making it a thing, and the driver who came back for it helped my husband wrestle an old chest freezer up over the rail. Small kindness, but it mattered that week.

Your driveway is protected
Boards go down under the rails on every residential drop, at no charge. Our own drivers know these roads and treat your property like their own.
Disposed of properly
We sort and divert what we can and follow SCDES waste rules to the letter, so nothing you hand over turns into someone else's problem.
Locally owned, our own fleet
AQR Dumpster Rental Anderson owns and runs our own trucks and containers out of our yard on 401-403 Frampton St. When something goes sideways, you talk to someone who actually knows the job — usually the same day.

Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you get a dumpster delivered in Anderson?
If you call before about noon on a weekday we can usually deliver the same afternoon, and next-morning is standard the rest of the time. Spring, when severe-weather season and the first wave of remodeling projects overlap, is our busiest and least predictable stretch in Anderson County — and hot, humid summer afternoons bring their own run of fast-moving thunderstorm cleanup calls. If your project has a fixed start date it's worth booking a few days ahead. Storm cleanup calls get moved to the front of the queue where we can.
What does your flat rate actually include?
Delivery, a standard seven-day rental, pickup, a stated weight allowance in tons, disposal at a permitted facility, and state and local taxes. There's nothing hidden underneath it. The only things that would change your number are keeping the container past the rental period, going over the weight allowance, needing it relocated on site, or putting banned material in it.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Anderson?
Not if it sits on your own driveway or private property, which covers the large majority of our residential drops — no permit is required anywhere in Anderson County for a container on private land. If the container has to sit on a public street or sidewalk you'll generally need a temporary permit from City of Anderson, SC. Confirm current city requirements with City of Anderson, SC before you book, and check Anderson County Government if you're outside city limits.
Will the truck damage my driveway?
We lay protective boards under the container rails on every residential delivery at no charge, and our drivers know how to spread the load and avoid pivot turns on gravel or clay driveways, common across the rural properties we serve out toward the smaller Anderson County towns. That handles the ordinary risk. A driveway with an already-failing base, fresh sealcoat, or asphalt softened by extreme summer heat is a different conversation — tell us and we'll pick a placement that works.
What can't I put in the dumpster?
South Carolina restricts a number of materials from ordinary landfill disposal — paint, solvents and oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, propane tanks and gas cylinders, and medical waste among them. Call us and we'll tell you exactly where each of those should go instead, or point you to SC Dept. of Environmental Services (SCDES) for the full rules.
How long do I get to keep it?
Seven days comes standard with every rental, which is comfortable for most home cleanouts and single-trade jobs. If you need longer, just say so when you book — extension is easy and we'd far rather extend you than have you rush. Contractors on longer builds usually run a standing swap-out schedule instead.
Do you serve towns outside Anderson?
Yes. We regularly deliver across Anderson, Belton, Honea Path, Pelzer, West Pelzer, Pendleton, Piedmont, Powdersville, Starr, Iva, Williamston, plus the roads and communities in between. If you're near the edge of that circle, ring us — Upstate South Carolina / Anderson County isn't huge and we usually make it work.
Can I get a dumpster for concrete, brick or dirt?
Yes, but it needs to be a dedicated clean load in a smaller container — usually a 10 or 15 yard, since heavy material like concrete and dirt hits the weight limit long before it fills the box. Keeping it separate from mixed debris also means it can go to a recycler rather than the landfill. Never mix concrete with household junk or wood.
